Can my case be expedited based on the fact that my petitioner (my mum) is getting old and want for me to be there with her to support her financially or any other ways a child can support his mother..

I'm f24 Visa category

I'm asking because I read somewhere that expedition can only be granted based on conditions such as medical emergency surrounding the beneficiary only. 

An immigration lawyer told me that expedition cannot be granted based on any conditions surrounding the petitioner.

Thanks but all the people in the group either have their documents reviewed or waiting to be reviewed because NVC time frame has not past when they submitted.

But in my case I submitted on the 19th of January and NVC has already past that time frame had reviewing documents submitted to them on the 27th January.

Hence my worries.

NVC is currently reviewing documents submitted to them on the 27th of January.. They have been reviewing the ones submitted to them on the 19th of January since last week and they didn't review mine.

I'm worried, because the time frame had already past the Time I submitted. I submitted on the 19th of January.

Does anyone know what I should do.

it takes 2.5 weeks to fixed the issue.

Does we all have to call them with our case numbers before they can resolve the issue or should we wait for them to resolve it generally?

you can look at your application and review it.  keep going forward and after 15 pages or so you will get to Print confirmation page.  It can be done.

Thanks, I've done exactly that and it worked.. But it seems the site is undergoing some serious technical challenge.

Thanks. I can now login and print it anytime I want. It was probably due to some technical problem on the site

Good evening guys.

I wasn't with a printer when I submitted it because I read that I could long in to print it out anytime.

So when I logged in again to print it out I was unable.. I've checked my email it's still not there and no option to print it on ceac website.

I'm just confused I don't know what to do.

Please I need your help guys especially if there's anyone with similar experience.
