    Yes I'm DQ now. I submitted April 18th. I got DQ earlier this month

    Good morning everyone. Can my case be expedited based on the fact that my petitioner (my mum) is getting old and want for me to be there with her to support her financially or any other ways a child can support his mother.. I'm f24 Visa category I'm asking because I read somewhere that expedition can only be granted based on conditions such as medical emergency surrounding the beneficiary only. An immigration lawyer told me that expedition cannot be granted based on any conditions surrounding the petitioner.

    NVC is currently reviewing documents submitted to them on the 27th of January.. They have been reviewing the ones submitted to them on the 19th of January since last week and they didn't review mine. I'm worried, because the time frame had already past the Time I submitted. I submitted on the 19th of January. Does anyone know what I should do. Thanks y'all.
