my fiance got her visa approved today. she will come next week. good luck to all of you.

my fiance has her interview in 8 hours. im waiting up all night to see what happens. im very nervous. after 180 days it comes down to this. if all goes well ill be at newark airport one week from now. i know im not garaunteed she will get a visa.

Down load the form. Attach the bank info and the letter from your employer. Attach the IRS form 1040's and use the same beneficiary info from your last 1040, if dependents from a previous marriage are involved. Most of the time at the interview, they will only take a quick look at the last year's Form 1040 just to see that you are at the 125% level.
