Hi all

so mid June I received a Notice of Action for N400 naturalization, Interview. 

It was based on marriage to U.S Citizen and applied based on the 3yr rule. We thought it was out of order because even thought we submitted the removal of conditions ( I-751) way before the N400, the n400 interview notice came first. Fast forward to a few days ago and a letter appeared for the interview for removal of conditions. The interview dat is set up for the same date/time as the first interview for n400. 

Unfortunately, my U.S. Citizen spouse is not able to make it to the interview bc they are in jail. The judge denied bail so unfortunately, we are just waiting for a court date. 
With the N400 scheduled at the same date/time, im not sure what i should do or what i should say to the person conducting the interview. Any thought or input please?

My N400 received date is Sep 2021 and on the notice for interview it says 2020 version but on the USCIS website, 2008  need guidance pls

How man times have you been married (including annulled marriages, marriges to other people, and marriages to the same person)?

If my current wife is my first and only marriage, what is the answer to this question? 0 or 1?

If we are both married for the furst time is the answer 0 or 1? In parentheses is says marriges to other people, so im assuming the answer is 0 but just want to be sure.

Hi I just received a letter from USPS with a date time and location to " Appear at the ASC for Biometrics submission"

A bit surprised bc the online still shows as below. I thought the Biometric would be reused or waived. From what ive read on the forums it seems like we will be scheduled for an interview as well. Question does anyone know if we can do a walk in for Biometrics? I did a walk in when applying for adjustment of status (even though a date and time was scheduled) but i know times have changed so...

Jsut FYI notice date for Biometirc is 6/25/21. mailed 6/29/21. recived 7/6/21

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

On December 9, 2020, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Numbers SRC

Hi eveyone. 

I have submitted removal of conditions I-751 September 2020 ( marrage to US citizen). As of today May 28, 2021 my staus still reflects Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction (transfered Dec 2, 2021). 

July 2021 marks our 3yr marage anniversary and Nov 2021 marks 3 yrs of permanent residency (even though we are waiting for removal of conditions).  Regardless of the I-751 outcome or being processed, we can still apply for N-400 US Citizenship through the naturalization starting 90 days before Permanent Residence Since date , correct?

On my permanent residence card it showes residance since Nov 16, 2018. Expires Nov 16, 2020
