when u have medical and interview schedule .. call USEM immediately .. maybe they will ask u to fax the BC from NSO and they will correct the spelling right away ....... all your worries will be answered by USEM .....
-
when u file for divorce there and have it granted .. it WON'T affect ur marriage here in the Philippines. by law ur still legally married to ur husband coz the only legal way to terminate marriage in the Philippines is by LEGAL SEPARATION or ANNULMENT.

hi my son Wade Ulysses is scheduled to appear in USEM on the 11th of February @ 10:30 am .... the girl from USEM who called me wanted me to bring my husband US passport and my passport ... unfortunately my hubby's passport was misplaced and it was reported already. i asked her if i really need to present it even if I already submitted my husband CERTIFICATE OF NATURALIZATION? he cant request another passport at this time coz his naturalization cert was submitted to USEM. she said its upon the decision of the consul.
did the consul ask for ur hubby us passport or u already included it together with the forms and other docs?
what are the questions asked by the consul?
hope to hear from u soon. thanks so much.
BTW we are in K3 petition and we have interview appointment on the 6th of March.

There is really no packet 3 in the Philippines that needs to be turned in for interview scheduling. You will receive packet IV and all documents will be taken to the interview. The interview will be scheduled after the petition is forwarded to the Manila Embassy (USEM). Interview dates can be checked on the Embassy website under IV Interview link on the immigrant visa page.
