  1. Yes i got the right glory belongs to GOD you trust GOD and he will make it happen no question about it Congra

I had my visa interview this morning and was told those 5 magical words.."Your visa has been approved."

The interview was really smooth--from the time I went in the embassy until I left. In fact, I just breezed through it. They didn't ask me for ANY document at all. No CENOMAR, BC, MC, NBI--NOTHING! Not even evidence. It was all the work of God.

Thank you so much for all your help here.

    To God Be The Glory!

Hi! Congratulations :) We got the same interview date. Mine was scheduled at 8:30 but i was already inside at around 6:30. Favorite color of the day... PINK! Yehey

Indeed! I was there at about 7am and got out at 1030am. It was a really positive experience. I had stressed myself out too much for nothing. Congratulations on your visa approval as well!

  2. Thanks very much

Hey i got a letter from the NVC saying that they will forward my I129F to the Embassy with in a week :dancing::dance:

You got the letter today? If so, that's good news - congratulations! Keep following it!!

If you need a Congressman or Senator involveed it's quite easy to Google who they are for the state the petitioner lives in. You can email and/or call and see if they can help you out.

  3. The USICS was the one that they said they where going to send them to the NVC and the letter said give them at least 90 days before calling them it has being 30 days since i was approved and nothing

Hi could someone give a idea like how longer it will take for the NVC to receive my paper work i call

and they said they dont have it in there system and i have seen people that the NVC receive the paper work with in days can someone give me advice what i can do thanks :(

How did you send the documents? You may be able to track the documents and see if they were received. How long have you been waiting? The automated system reported having my documents the day after they should have received them.

  4. You are filing a K-3 petition for your spouse.

    Mail Form I-129F to

The Service Center where the underlying I-130 petition is currently pending. Use the address listed on your most recent receipt notice or transfer notice and include a copy of that notice with your Form I-129F.

    http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

That is the center that currently has your I-130 petition, either VSC or CSC.

Thanks very much very helpful
