    Hi - just noticed your comment re CR1 vs IR1. You don't have to wait to file to get the IR1 - it's based on your entry into the US not the day you file. It will probably take longer than 4 months to process the application, maybe 6-8 months. So if your anniversary is June then you will have passed the date before entry.

    Hi - I just noticed your questions at the bottom of the immigration info on the left. Question No 3. Can he travel after you get married. I hope you have seen by now that your husband will not be able to leave the US until you have applied for his AOS and he has received either his green card or Advance Parole to leave - if you apply for it with the AOS.
