Hi VJ, 

What I want to know is what to expect and the time frame, and I would appreciate any tip on what to do guys.also what you think the denial was for 

Here's my long story short 

I had a k1 Visa interview I chose to speak in Arabic because my English is weak 

After the end of the interview I was handed a 221g white slip the officer kept my passport and some documents, they didn't let me know whether I'm approved or denied. After 15 days my passport was sent back to me and my case moved to nvc then to uscis

What was the interview like? Were you given a verbal decision?

They didn't tell me anything like that

No they took passport affidavit of support and WhatsApp texts

I did my interview a month ago  they handed me a 221g white slip. I have been waiting ever since for the visa status to change the ceac status remained Refused only the case last update date kept changing. Today the aramex office called me to get my passport but it's still REFUSED 

does that mean I have been refused and if so is there anything I can do

Need more information.  What is indicated on the 221g?  Keeping your passport is a good sign.

Nothing but on the 221g said they need further processing 

Hello everyone 

I had my interview today at the United states embassy in Algiers  the officer asked me to do the interview in Arabic because my English is a bit weak anyway at the end of the interview they kept my passport and the affidavit of support plus the WhatsApp texts and

handed me a 221g white slip 

What are my chances here and what I should expect
