i had visit US alread y in august for 10 days stay and was back in October for 2 weeks vacation. I plan to fly over in January 2008 and stay my 90 days on a touristvisa,, then if things work good we plan to apply for a fiancee visa.
I had heard that I can be denied to come to Us in the by the immigration staffs. have someone heard or know about that. Someone told me that people who travel to frequently can get problem, anyway I had do my visit there short. Somewher I had read its ok to visit the countr y total 180 days/each year.
