  1. I am married to a US Citizen and my Conditional GC expire in end of July 2011, I am also approved a Re enter permit, who also expire the same day like my GC.

    We are living overseas (third country) because of my husband’s work (not government worker or military). We visit US 1 time a year and we plan to move back to US 2012/2013.

    Now the removal conditions are big issues for me. What kind of options do I have?

    It’s this alternative or not for me?

    1. Go back to US and apply for the removal conditions and do my biomedical appointment in US. Or

    2. Can I apply for returning resident SB1 at the US consulate there we stay, now? Do I qualify for that?

    3. Can that be a better alternative to voluntary give up my GC and later apply for DCF? (fast, and cheaper than go back to USA for a biomedical appointment)

    I am Scandinavian and wish to travel to meet my parents in law in end of the year for 2 weeks, can I use ESTA (tourist visa) without any problem, if I voluntary give up my GC?

    Im thankful for all help!

    Regards Kate

  2. Can anyone help me?

  4. When are US going to handling the visa by the income day? It is very easy if you scanning all applications. Its doesn’t matter from which area the partner live in or its doesn’t matter which service center who check up the papers, all it’s about the incoming dated papers, its mean the same rules and possibilities for everyone who apply.

    If I know what I know today, I had stay there in US on my WV and marry me because that is how the authority priority our paper, an unequal way are more priority than a legal way! Alternative, we had probably written us on our other house in California. (Today we belong Vermont Service Center. becuase one of us live in Georgia). I had not sit here and thinking over an administrative system because I was already approved.

    I had work with “working permits” in my own country; I know that this system it’s old, really old!

    However, I am patience and who knows maybe US never been my country, with the time I see the possibilities to live with my husband in other countries who have the humanity on a higher agenda. My friends husband got his resident permit approved after 5 weeks and this family told me its toke so long time,, yeah I hear but I cant agree….

    I hope you understand my point, even if my English it’s not the best!

  5. the criteria for expedite are

    * Severe financial loss to company or individual

    * Extreme emergent situation

    * Humanitarian situation

    * Nonprofit status of requesting organization in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States

    * Department of Defense of National Interest Situation (Note: Request must come from official United States Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to our Government)

    * USCIS error

    * Compelling interest of USCIS

  6. We had done a request expedite (medical and humanity reason) to VSC for a week ago with assistance from the Senators Office. Can anyone tell me how long time its can take before we can wait on an answer?

    We got the info from the Senators Office that Vermont answered them that they have much to do now…….. Yeah, we know,,
