USCIS sent a letter to my wife about intent to deny my I-130 due to my divorce document found to be fraudulent and dated from January 20, 2016 which I did not pay attention to. And also my nonimmigrant visa stated married and obtained in February 1st, 2016. Please advise me on What do i do? Thank you.

Yes with kids but honestly i paid someone to perfect my divorce decree back home not none to me that its wasn't real.
