Please help me listing the FB groups.
So far, the only groups I have found are from people already with Ciudad Juarez appointments.

Hi,
My wife resides in CDMX and applying for IR1.
We are looking for Facebook groups and other social media for people immigrating from Mexico to USA.
So far I only have :
FB group 469332383208535
FB group cdjuarezevisaexperience

My wife lives in the CDMX and requesting IR1.
We are the step of the NVC asking for our civil papers and the affidavit of support.
The Reciprocity Schedule website says
Document Name: Carta or Certificado de No Antecedentes Penales
Issuing Authority: State Police (Fiscalía General del Estado)
Alternate Documents: If the state police record is unavailable, visa applicants must provide a federal record called a “Carta de No Antecedentes Penales” from the Dirección General de Ejecución de Sanciones, Comisión Nacional de Seguridad.
It is not clear if the CDMX is considered a "state" for the purpose of getting this certificate. The CDMX is a federal entity with its own fiscalia but technically it is not a "State".
The one from CDMX can be obtained here https://noantecedentes.cdmx.gob.mx/ .
For the federal police certificate
The instructions to get the Federal Police Certificate ask you to have a "Solicitud fundada y motivada, por las diferentes autoridades administrativas, judiciales, seguridad pública y privada, así como, embajada y consulado o que resulte necesaria para ejercitar un derecho o cumplir un deber legalmente previsto, con la finalidad de emitir la Constancia de Antecedentes Penales."
If the US immigration is requesting this the Federal PC, I do not see how the US Gov will give me an official letter to request the Federal PC or how the mexican agency will accept it. I have not seen any post from this at this time in the filing. only at the time of the interview and everyone gets it in ciudad juarez.
Where do we get this letter ?
Do I use the I-797C Approval Notice ?
Can anyone confirm that using the one from https://noantecedentes.cdmx.gob.mx/ . has been accepted at the time of the NVC filing ?

She called to make an appt that was about a week after. She brought the NOA1 and ID. the attendant was hesitant but accepted the letter. she left a photocopy of it and they made the certificate. The NVC accepted it.
It looks like when we get the appt at the Ciudad juarez consulate we would need to get the certificate again but appears to be easier to get it in that city, although not sure where. there are FB groups helping with this https://www.facebook.com/groups/cdjuarezevisaexperience
We did this before this new website appeared https://www.gob.mx/prevencionyreadaptacion/articulos/tramita-tu-constancia-de-antecedentes-penales
The description suggests it is valid at a federal level but I am unsure if NVC will accept this.
Hope this help.
