  1. Are they doing K-1 interviews in Juarez again? I don’t think they are doing k-1 interviews in Juarez. I just checked the government website and it says Mexico City. I may be wrong though. https://mx.usembassy.gov/visas/
  2. Happy to report that my fiancé entered the USA yesterday with no issues. Process was easy and took about 15 minutes for them to process and stamp since I guess the agents hadn’t seen a k1 in a while. We entered through the CBX port of entry. Does anyone have a link for a thread regarding the next steps for AOS?
  3. That’s awesome to hear! Hope you are enjoying it so far! Where did you enter?
  4. Congrats!! Have you entered the us yet? If so, what was the process like? Any other documents required other than the I-94?
  5. It goes to whoever’s email you guys used to create an account on the http://ais.usvisa-info.com website
  6. Hey guys just wanted to let y’all know we received the email letting us know that the visa is ready for pick up. Not sure what’s happening since it hasn’t even been 5 full business days yet.
  7. If you have all of your documents in order the day before the interview you will drop them off then. If not, then you will have a chance to get whatever is missing and bring the day of the interview. That happened to us. We didn’t have the medical results when we dropped off the documents so we brought it the day of the interview. i believe you can change the location of the document pick up on the visa website where you paid for the biometrics appointment but they give you the location options. You have up until a certain date to change it I believe. cookies has a in depth write up of the whole process on this thread that you should read up on. I will put together the questions we got in a post later today.
  8. We had the interview today and happy to report that we were approved ☺️ A big thank you to all of you on here for helping and answering questions. Y’all are truly the best Are any of y’all already apart of another thread that can help guide us through the AOS process?
  9. Thank you soooo much for this! This info is invaluable! Glad you got approved! 😬 did they ever ask about what language you wanted everything done in?
  10. Also, how many years of tax returns did they ask for? Ah I see. Sorry I was just curious cause I hadn’t read that anywhere.
  11. Congratulations !!! That’s so dope! I would greatly appreciate a post about your experience. have you received your visa and all your documents back yet? im a little stressed about the medical right now. They gave us an appointment for the 21st but we drop off documents that same day and interview the next. I asked them to make sure that was ok and they said yes. Today we walked over to the embassy and asked the person who stands on the corner. She said it’s ok to turn in the medical the day of the interview 😵‍💫
  12. How did the interview go?! When did you end up having your medical? Do you have any tips or insight you can share about the days you spent in the city?
  13. For the evidence of financial support, do we need to provide all of those items listed or just one? If anyone has a sample letter from their employer could you share it?
  14. Great news! Our interview has been scheduled for September 22nd with documents on the 21st. It’s been a long road but this part seemed to go by fast
