Our application only arrived at the consulate last week (check my timeline for exact dates) due to issues with NVC

K1 sent back to USCIS from NVC

jumping on this bandwagon. in my scenario, our lawyer only spotted a mistake in the dates for the I-797 after the case was sent back to USCIS (annoyed that they did not spot this when the NOA2 was issued and waited so long). now here's to hoping it won't take a month for them to correct it and wait another 60 days for them to send it back to NVC.
