    After 1 rfe, finaly yesterday night the NVC approved all the documents and they said they will let me know when is the interview date, do you guys know how long does it take to get the appointment?

    Hi, I got a message from the NVC on Sep 14 requesting a new scan of the birth certificate, I submitted the new one today Sep 22, How long does it take to review the new documents?

    Yes there is seals and stamps, the back looks good I think the only concern is the front, the pictures I attached

I don't know what is wrong with the document, is because the number and letters are out of line? thats the way they do them in Colombia if I go ask for a New one it will be the same, I'm very angry and frustrated

    How do I know the date they receive my case? I submitted and paid all the fees July 11

    Hi, my wife and I already submitted all the required documentation to the NVC, it's been 2 months since we sent the documents, should I send a message asking for an update or should I wait? What are the NVC waiting times? (CR1 visa, We are both from Colombia)
