Read their instructions carefully, and follow them exactly.  Documents in Spanish need no translation for an interview in Colombia.

The interview was Monday Feb 13, her visa got approved, Thanks for all you help, She got the passport with the visa today, she only got the passport, was she supposed to get the passport with and sealed envelop that she needs to  bring with her when she enters to the US? or only the passport?

Hello, yesterday at night I got an email from the American Embassy in Colombia saying the documents they received from NVC are not complete. But I have all the documents they are asking for, they said I need to upload the documents to the website and bring them to the interview but at the end also says upload or bring them to the interview, can I just bring them to the interview? also they need to be translated?

Just make sure (during the interview) they have the correct address to send  your passport with visa.

Hi, on the email I got from the NVC says the I have to bring the appointment letter to the interview (Appointment Letter – The interview appointment letter you received from NVC)

I still haven't received it, the email is the letter or they will send it to me via Mail?

It depends on what, if anything has changed.  It is not a general requirement but they will want to see the latest tax return if a new one has been filed since you submitted.

Hi, thanks for your time and you help, I have another question, in the email I got from the NVC with appointment it has this address POPAYAN, VALLE DEL CAUCA 190001 COLOMBIA, but the correct one is POPAYAN, CAUCA 190001 COLOMBIA, Should I call the embassy and report that? or change it on the DS260 form?

Depends on for how long.  I asked the pertinent questions.  You need the answers.  It's not just when she goes, but also how long until she's available to move to the USA permanently.  You need at least approximate answers to those questions and I need the same to ANSWER your questions.

Note that a spouse visa is for living in the USA permanently.  Don't get one until she's ready to spend more time in the USA than out of it, and not before she can stay long enough to avoid being gone more than six months.

We got the interview date February 13 2023, if everything goes fine she will be here in the US in March, she will stay here for a month or two and then leave to Malta for two months, can she do that? is that going to be a problem?

  6. I still don't know, my wife needs to travel to Malta or Australia to study and finish some university classes, but we still don't know when she has to go and we are also waiting for the embassy appointment, so all I need to know if is possible to reschedule the interview appointment in case that she needs to travel?  reschedule the interview appointment would affect our case?

  7. The NVC approve all the documents on Nov 8/2022 and they say (((The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas. NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in BOGOTA, COL to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable))).

I still dont have and interview date, I still waiting

It is all based on availability of dates at the consulate.  When a date is available she will be scheduled.

Hi, you answer my question on the other topic but it got deleted, thanks for replaying, you asked if I was already advide on what to do, the answer is no, I just and email saying (((The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas. NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in BOGOTA, COL to schedule an interview appointment for you.
