What I would do is sending all the forms with the right spelling - even if in the NOA2 it is misspelled-.
If they mess up again on the AOS receipt, then I'd complain.

As derivatives of the K1 they don't get an alien number with the visa.
They do once they go through adjustment of status, so leave it blank.

Hello, I have a question about being late w adjustment of status.
I arrived here in March 2016, got married in May 2016 and as we were about to start the AOS process we went through a financial hardship that my husband couldn’t make extra to afford my aos fees. We have finally been able to get out of it for about a year now and we are more than financially sound to file for AOS after 6 years. I was just wondering whether I am still gonna get a conditional green card or will I get a permanent green card? Thank you in advance.

My fiancé arrived on a k-1 visa. We got married within the 90 days but we are about to submit our I-485 for adjustment of status after the 90 days. Is she unlawfully staying?? I’m asking because I’m the AOS form. There’s a question that says “Have you ever violated the terms or conditions of your non immigrant status???
im just confused and stressed out. Thanks
