    Hi, 

    I would like to ask, was your k1 packet 3 sent to the petitioner's email or beneficiary. Or was it sent physically through the mail ? Its been 3 weeks and nothing yet from the embassy and it says my case is ready.

      Both I (beneficiary) and my fiance (petitioner) got a letter.  Once I sent in all my Packet 3 still I got an email with Packet 4 instructions.  That all happened within a couple of weeks from each other.

      Thank you so much. I guess everything is slowing down because of the holiday. I still haven't heard anything yet since dec 12 when it says CASE READY. I will just keep waiting and hoping it comes in the mail soon.

    Hi, i tracked my case on the CEAC website and it says Ready. I guess its the same situation for you as well. Can i go ahead to fill the DS160 and schedule an appointment or I have to wait till the embassy sends me an email saying they receieved it. thank you.

    Hello all, I applied for K1 and the interview would be at Montreal Canada. My case says ready when i tracked it on the CEAC website. Do i need to wait for an email from the embassy or I can go ahead to fill the DS160 and schedule an appointment. thank you.
