Im filing my "fiance letter of intent form." It asks for the Embassy's address. Do i write the embassys address where my fiance lives, which is Bogota, Colombia or where i live? The U.S.

Hello, I am filing the I-129f petition for my fiance who lives in Colombia. I would appreciate if someone could inform me if the "fiance letter of intent" form is for both of us to fill out. Do i have him fill it out, send it back to me and then send it in my packet with the I-129f petition? Thank You

You both have to sign and date the letter's of intent. It is to clearly show each of you want to marry each other. If you look at the checklist for the 129F it gives you a page by page breakdown of what is needed.

- Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

- Proof of having met in person in the past two years

- Proof of ongoing relationship [if including]

Also, can my fiance just make a copy of his passport style photo and scan it to me?

I would like to start applying for the K-1 visa but i cannot find any information where it states when you pay the 1st payment and how much it is. Do i send in the payment with the I-129F application and can someone tell me how much it is? Thank You
