Good afternoon,  I have some questions , I became USA citizen, I applied to bring my mom from cuba to US, I am married I file taxes joinly with my wife , but I want to use my sister income because we have already so many dependents on our income,  

What form should I fill out for my sister witch live at different house and has her own income ,? 

What form should I fill out ,?

Should my wife will out one as well , if so which one will be ?

my question is the A number will be giving in the visa package or it had to be hanouted but the consul the day of the interview? 

Good afternoon , I have a quick question for those that recently has gotten the immigrant visa , my mom when to the interview , the supposed to give her the paper call uscis immigrant paper work to pay visa fee, but she stated she did not get any paper at the interview time, The issued the visa and we are waiting for it but I am just wondering if that paper has to be given the interview day.

If  your employer etc has changed then yes .. complete an I864 and 864a with the updated information, email them to your mother along with payslip etc documents .. she should print  them off and take them to the interview   If she cant do this then she can advise the IO of the changes and will probably be given a 221g slip to submit the updated documents etc

Hi , yesterday I got my mom's interview day and time, and first step is to get that appt registered,  I tried same morning I received it and said that there is not appt to be register with that case #,  does it usually take a day or so to show active ? Thanks in advance
