    Yup, I was approved. Process was pretty smooth - go to consulate, line up, get called up according to time slots to go inside. 
     
    Went upstairs, they asked for my original birth certificate, passport photo, petitioner's latest tax transcript and W2. Once I got called up for interview, they asked me to speak a bit about my relationship with my petitioner, asked me a very easy questions regarding my past and then was told I was approved.

    Montreal embassy F2B DQ May 2020 over here. Got the same 2 emails so far. I think things will start moving soon.
