Please share what happened with your case. I'm very nervous about this situation. I just received the NOA1 for the applications that I filed. I hope and pray that everything goes smoothly.
How long after your biometrics were taken did you get the EAD? I read a post of yours that said that said that nothing was progressing after the biometrics.
Biometrics was on February 11th, expedite request submitted via Emma on April 26th and card was received on May 9th. We submitted the expedite request based on financial hardship, however we were not asked to submit any evidence
I had to refile my husband's AOS under an I-130 but his biometrics were posted to our account on 6/8/2021. Hopefully his EAD comes soon and we see some movement.
