    Just got email informing form I 485 was approved. Did not go to intweview. Says Approval is in the mail. Not sure if it is the Green Card... Will update when receive it

    Hi! I am a K1 Visa holder. I am ready to file my AOS (I 485 + +I 131+ I 864). I have a couple of doubts. I am moving to Denver CO so my original I129F address will change in these new forms to my new Denver CO address. So I should file to Phoenx Az lockbox correct? From this Lockbox where will my file go? So i can check processing times. I am worried specially about my EAD so I can start working (read these are taking to long...). Appreciate input on these. Thank you!

    Got it! So inside of that envelope is my copy of the medical exam with that DS-3025 (vaccines), X Ray, etc. thank you

    I gave them a sealed envelope the Embassy sent me when they returned my passport with Visa. I just have this other envelope that the doctor sent by mail to me after my medical exam and that the CBP officer did not asked for it.     I just entered the US with my K1 visa. I am preparing all forms nd still have a sealed envelope with me, that the doctor in portugal gave me. Is this envelope for the Green card interview (if interview happens less than 1 year from exam date)? Or do I need to send the envelope together with form I 485, I131, I 765 and I 693? bit confused with this. Thanks

    Went to K1 Visa interview mid June and Officer asked for a Police Certificate from the country I was born. Got a White page G221 asking only for the Police certificate that was missing. Sent it to the Embassy July 20 and status changed yesterday July 26 from "Refused" to "Administrative Processing". Any idea how long will it take in a case like this in Paris/France? Thank you for info on this.

    Hi,

    I saw your comment "It is legal to work for a foreign-based company, or be self-employed, while in the US waiting for an adjustment of status. Quite a number of us have done it, and quite a number of us have had it pre-approved by USCIS. EAD is applicable only to US employers."
    I am preparing to move to the US (waiting for the embassy interview and want to know if I can work ASAP after getting merried in the US).

    I still do not have interview date for Paris embassy. Can I book and do the medical exam (in Lisbon) before I have that date? Afraid the medical exam is done after the interview and delay process more... Thanks in advance!
