    No....the attorney filed Both I-360 and I-751 at the same time but one was approved and another one was denied...

    I am not sure what to do...I will talk to the attorney... yes, the lawyer filed BOTH I-360 and I-751 and one was denied another one approved...the second i751 is still pending and I have a valid stamp...

    I'm thinking of withdrawing pending i-751 since my i-360 has been approved. And when I come back to the U.S I just file I485. ( I just don't know how much time I have).I am not sure if Even should, because when i751 is pending, my I551 stamp in passport says that I'm a conditional permanent resident since 2016. It's complicated.

    Hello! I received a decision that my I-751 divorce waiver was denied and my status has been terminated. Can I go to work? My lawyer wants to see me in one week. I believe we will discuss my options. But can I continue working?
