I am looking for some help regarding I-485 form. My husband submitted his I-485 back in June, and we received the NOA on June 23rd. Since then, we have not received anything else by mail, and we decided to look up our case status back in August, and it told us that a request for initial evidence has been sent and that if we don't receive anything by mail July 28th, to request an additional copy of the notice. We did that, and then it pushed the date out to Sept 13th, and we have not received anything by mail and the case status tells us the same thing. Any one have this same experience? Any advice? We just requested again for an additional copy of the notice. And of course when we call we deal with the same automated voice which is useless. Any help would be much apprecatited!
