My USC spouse didn’t pay his parking tickets and forgot he had a court date so he didn’t show.we just found out he has a warrant and our interview is literally days away.I’m freaking out and don’t know what to do.any advice would be appreciated

If we are not including the medical in our application ,do we still add on the cover letter and if not ,do we state that we are bringing it to the interview to avoid RFE?
also as regards the 6 months worth of pay stubs,my husband was unemployed for almost 3 months this year before we found a new job.do we just add the recent pay stubs or the old ones as well?apologies if these questions have been tackled before,we are still new and figuring it out by ourselves .thanks

I just saw a news information from an immigration lawyer online stating that the i-944 form would no longer be required henceforth.has anyone else confirmed this this ?
