So when you say in transit to embassy, you mean that they have an actual interview date set with the embassy right? If so thats a big relief. I keep reading posts about how no cases are being processed until ban is lifted. Thank you! I have requested to join :)

No because you can’t book your interview until your case is “ready” with NVC and the embassy has emailed you. In transit means NVC have sent the petitions to London, so they don’t have interviews yet, probably will find out in the next few days what dates are open for them. I’m sure people will post on the fb group as soon as they get their emails from the embassy.

  2. From what I know, cases with NOA2 March-June 2020 have interviews this month. Now it looks like cases from July 2020 to December 2020 are in transit to the embassy. I saw one person with a NOA2 in January also confirm their case is in transit. This is all non lawsuit. I think once the second batch are given interview dates, we’ll have a better idea how long it will be for 2021 NOA2 cases. If you have Facebook, join “K-1 Visa UK Crew” as this is where most people post updates!

Does anyone know the connection between the NOA1 being uploaded to their system and us getting the text? Does it happen straight away? Similarly, do they cash the check days before the NOA1 is uploaded? My petition was received 12/10/2020 but no text yet.

Got the text last night! They actually used 12/09/2020 as my date! To answer my own question, they processed the NOA1 on to their system on 02/23 so it took a few days for the text to follow.

    Packet received on February 9.

I've been watching Case Status Online the last couple of days and, as NeonParticles said, they're tearing through November. I've seen a few from early January and a couple today from December, but most have been November. I saw a lot of November 12 yesterday and a lot of November 24 today. Not sure why there's a scattering of January mixed in although there's speculation on that in some of the earlier monthly subs. I'm hoping they're getting back up to speed and wait times will decrease. I guess the good news is that the NOA1 is getting back-dated to the actual date of receipt.

Good luck everyone! May your wait times be short.

How do you check the case status online? I’ve tried this before but it asks for your specific case number so I must be doing something wrong! Thanks.
