    Hello I have to resubmit my I 693( medical) form to aid in I 485 processing. When I had filed the I 485 last year, I had a Alien number from my EAD. Since then USCIS assigned me a new one on the notifications I received from them. I am now not sure which A# to write on the resubmitted form. Should i put in the original once since it is on all of my forms that were submitted last year. Or put in the new one they assigned. Or write both. Any one have an experience with this . grateful for your advise.
