Hey, I am one of the Feb filers and I saw your post saying the NOA 1 date is actually the one they show received on and the clock for NOA2 starts from then. Everywhere I look on internet they say the opposite. That it is the notice date and not the received date.

Do you have any lit on it? It would be awesome if it is actually the revived date.

  Thanks for explaining it in such detail. On the status check website it says Feb for me. Which is when they received the petition.
