I have a good news to all of you guys i just check my email and finally i received an email from the USCIS that they approved my removal of conditions and it says ordered production of my 10 yrs. green card and the approval date is Nov.29,2010... I've waited for 5 months and 5 days..... I am so happy.... Thank you guys.... I can't wait to receive my New Green Card.... Thank you God for everything....

My case is more than 4 months now since i filed last june and more than 2 months now since my biometrics and til now no touch or approval on my application.... i am planning to call USCIS this week just to follow up about my case. OR should i wait a little bit longer since my case still within the timeframe?

Just had a question about the wait for a 10 year green card.

My wife sent in her I-751 in June,had Biometrics on Sept 1, but she is still waiting for her 10 year green card.

Should she of recieved her card by now? Do most get there 10 year cards if everything is ok with evidence etc..? Or have to keep renewing every year? Is there any June filers still waiting for there 10 year approval?

I've had my biometrics last September 1, 2010 and last touched September 2, til now waiting for the magical email approval of my greencard. Sigh!!! I think i am the only one June filers that didn't receive yet a greencard.

went to ASC today for my biometric i was in and out for 15 minutes.

i am so happy because finally got my biometric appt. letter today. i will try for an early bio appt. the office is not that far though where i live.

That's awesome news! As soon as it comes in the mail you can try going in for early biometrics instead of waiting till next month.

yeah... i am not worried anymore about my bio letter.

i am so happy today coz my husband just spoke to IO he said my Bio Appt. Letter is on Sept.1 and they sent 2 days ago and if i wont receive tomorrow might be thursday coz they sent bulk of paperworks to the main post office.

Our Bio date is 8/25, it was rescheduled from 8/17 because it fell on my due date. funny part is, she came two weeks early right after we applied for the new date LOL!

congrats meowgirl.. we have the same date of I-751 CSC filer but til now i am still waiting for biometric appt. letter and ur bio appt date same date with others bio date sent on june 22. i emailed also twice and had 2 service request for my bio letter. i got emailed reply i have to wait for 30 days for the response. i dont know if i have to wait for 30 days for the response to follow up again my case. btw when did u get ur bio appt. letter? and also i have a question... what do you mean by infopass? and when can i use for infopass i am just curious because i've read the May filers til now didn't get yet their bio letter and her reply was if she dont get her bio letter after her second service request she will have to get a infopass.

Look, I know for a fact that others have called to Customer service center to place a request for their Bio letter and some have received response within days or weeks and some others haven't. As for me the calls that I made didn't work but it doesn't mean it is your case. I just waited the first 30 days to call them (none response) then I waited 30 more days to call and emailed them again (none response), then I called them 5 days after (none response) and then I waited 10 days (last Monday) and I emailed them again and it was when finally I got an email with a copy of my Bio letter attached to it and also a little notice saying that Biometrics letter has been sent to my address. So those were 74 days waiting for my Bio letter.

As for the question about the email. Well I sent them my inquiry from my personal email and I had not problem at all.

We have put in a service request for the bio-appt.letter last week and the agent asked us to wait for 45-days. So my question to you folks is should we wait for 45 days or we can just send the email to them asking the status of the bio-appt.letter ?

I called yesterday and the agent gave me a receipt number that was my second receipt number though it means that he send a request for biometric letter?... correct me if im wrong? i called again today the agent said wait for 30 days for the response.

Those are the emails address where you can send your inquiry to. Verify which one Service Center correspond to you. As I said before I called USCIS 3 times and sent them 2 emails the last 74 days since my NOA is dated May 12. So it was with the last email (2 days ago) that I finally got a positive answer.

i've had 2 service request for biometric appt letter already.... My question is how many days to wait for their response about the request for bio appt? my husband called again today but stil no bio appt schedule and the guy said since i've had already requested it won't take too long to get my bio appt. letter on in the mail. or i am thinking to send email to CSC to request a bio appt. b4 i would do that have to wait for a couple of days hoping to get my bio letter. i did call 3 consecutive days...

Because I got my ICR89 case number over the phone when I first call to CS (6 weeks ago) to place a SR for my Bio letter. An IO gave it to me. USCIS also sent me a copy of my actual BIO notice yesterday attached to an email. So, waiting for the hard copy to have this step done. That is why I have my number. so the circles may mean many different things depending in what step of the process we are in. I still think that it is due to a changes in USCIS web site. Just normal.

Actually I sent them an email requesting my Bio notice 2 days ago, and yesterday I got an email from them with a copy of my Bio letter attached to it. In the mail they also told me that they sent me the Bio letter to my address and i should receive it this week. I was waiting for this Bio letter 74 days since that my NOA date receipt is 05/12/2010. I did call them 3 times the last 70 days and sent them 2 emails and just the last one worked.
