  1. Since you had already applied for the passport, what all did you take for your appointment?
  2. Yes. EDL needs Naturalization cert original but only for verification. Passport application would take the cert while processing. Used Temp EDL + punched-out Drivers License as Identity proof for Passport.
  3. Almost done with the journey (pending passport). Had my interview scheduled for 7am earlier today. Was called in at about 7.05 As expected, it was a virtual one conducted by the officer based in Spokane. Since my application was spouse based - I was asked for a copy of the documents proving the marriage. So gave them Bank statement, mortgage statements, Car insurance, Tax returns. The documents were collected by the agent here, scanned and then sent to the officer in Spokane. He then asked the 6 civics questions, followed with a series of yes/no questions. Once through, I was approved for citizenship and then he worked on getting me scheduled for Oath the same day. Was asked to leave the green card and a document that I was made to sign for the Oath ceremony - and then wait in the Hallway. All this took about 30 minutes. In about 10-15 minutes we were called into a room for the Oath ceremony and were done by 8am. I already had my Drivers license appointment pre-booked for converting it to EDL, and also my passport appointment at the post office. Done with both in a breeze. With the final wait of few more months for the passport the immigration journey will be over.
  4. Estimated Completion time is pretty much useless. Had received similar message from USCIS in early July with no actual updates, was then scheduled on 8/11 for an interview on 9/15. Filed June 2020.
  5. Congratulations! By any chance - did you receive your interview letter from Spokane field office?
  6. South of Seattle gets interviewed in Portland. Others in Tukwila. They randomly conduct few virtual interviews in Seattle where the officer is from Spokane FO.
  7. It sure is frustrating. We had received a notification in early July stating "We have taken an action on your case" but there was no actual update. I think it was about our cases being transferred to Spokane field office. @leethompson and @TheyLoveMe had both received the same message on the same day, and now we have all been scheduled also on the same day (different interview dates though). Am sure your notification is also just around the corner.
  8. @TheyLoveMe did you get it from Spokane Field office as well?
  9. Just received an email notification (no text) for an interview scheduled on 9/15. Had applied on 6/9/2020. Its in Seattle FO but sent by Spokane, so assuming its going to be a virtual one. My estimate time had dropped down to 0 and then "Taking longer than expected" 2 days back - not that it is any relevant, but just a reference point.
  10. On a side note - could you please help update the timeline in the sheet to help others gauge the processing times N-400 Seattle Tracker - Google Sheets
  11. Not personally - but happened to someone, where they were denied interview due to recent travel.
