  1. wow! we got a notice yesterday saying husband was approved, the day after the interview! Thanks all!
  2. How long did it take for them to give you an answer and produce your card after the interview?
  3. Husband and I had the interview today at field office in Houston. He took our IRS joint filing and tax return, joint lease, joint car insurance. At the end of the 15 minute interview, he proceeded to give us marriage advice and said that our card will be delivered in 2-3 weeks. He also explained that it is conditional and we would need to remove conditions since we're under 2 years of marriage. He also went on about how hubby could apply for citizenship in 3 years. So we thought we were approved. Then he gave us the results of the interview: He gave us the interview results that say: Your case is being held for review. At this time USCIS does not require further evidence or documents from you. Should further information or documents be required, you will receive a notice in the mail. We may also schedule you for another interview, you will receive a notice in the mail. Otherwise, a final decision will be mailed once your case is complete. Anyone have insight? Are there no direct approvals for under 2 years of marriage? Thanks Kierra
