@BlackRock Did your CEAC status changed to that numerical limit message? It should be the first indication that ILs are coming.
No, I check almost every day and I haven't seen that message since June.

Well my GP ordered it at a lab for me, but if you don’t have a Family Physician, you could try going into a walk-in clinic and asking if they’ll order it for you. I’m not sure if they will or not. Maybe ask a local pharmacist if they know where you could get a titre test ordered from.
If the result of the titre test shows that you have immunity, do you just show the results of the titre when you go for the medical?

@daivalab13 Looks like the cutoff for interview letters was 31 March, 2021
The latest date I see in the tracking sheet is March 22, 2021. Do you have confirmation of someone getting an interview letter with a DQ date of March 31, 2021?

@BlackRock Hi. Did you receive your IL today?
No, not yet.

If you've been DQ'd but don't have an interview scheduled, don't upload any other documents. I think this could push your DQ date further back because the NVC would have to review the newly submitted documents. However if you have an interview scheduled, I think you can upload the additional documents safely.
If I'm wrong, someone can correct me.

I got that notification today as well. I also received it back in March but supposedly that was a system glitch and most people got it. However, I have also heard that happens as your case transitions to embassy. So let’s see what happens…
I suspect it's a glitch again since our DQ dates are still a while away and interview letters for July just went out recently.

Anyone else seeing the numerical limitations message today? I'm seeing it on mine.

I know few people for sure who got il after this glitch .also i belive normally they send il after middle of month so lets wait this month we will get more info
Just wondering, do you know if this glitch goes away after they get their IL?

I just checked my status and I’m seeing the same message above, which is different from a couple days ago when I last checked. However, my DQ date is in May 2021 (F2A) so I’m still far away in the queue. I’m leaning towards this being a bug, especially since the fiscal year started only a few months ago in October didn’t it?

Does she have a vehicle loan? Maybe the insurance for it, bank accounts or something else tying her to Canada? That’s all they are interested in.
Typically, if she’s not going to be allowed in, she’ll find out right away. I don’t think you have much to worry about if you’ve been visiting off and on for a while. Status quo so to speak.
It’s been just me visiting her. She hasn’t been to the US since we started this process. And yeah, we’ll bring the return ticket, proof of employment, bank account information, auto insurance, as well as anything else we can think of, and hope for the best. Hopefully everything goes well. Thanks again for your reply!

Just make sure your wife has evidence of strong ties to Canada - the return ticket, a lease agreement/mortgage statement, letter of employment - to prove she is returning. She may or may not get asked for it, but better to be able to provide proof than not.
Happy Holidays!
Thank you for the reply, I really appreciate it! She does have a return ticket and can show proof of employment as well, but not a lease/mortgage statement as she lives with her parents. Hopefully that will be sufficient enough if requested.
Is there a risk of them turning her away or barring her from entering the country for any reason? I’m only asking because I’ve heard of third-hand stories of officials suspecting a person of trying to permanently stay in the country and banning them from entering for a 5 year period. Admittedly, I don’t have the full information on that or what the situation was. I just heard it from someone who heard it from someone else. I might be over-worrying for no reason but I’d just rather be extra prepared. I wonder if they already have our case information on hand. If anyone has any first-hand experience with their spouse visiting, it would be great if you could share your experience. Thanks again and happy holidays to you too!

Hi everyone.
My spouse and I have been DQ'd for several months and are just waiting for our interview (F2A). I'm a green card holder and live in the US, while making occasional visits to my spouse in Canada. I'm planning on driving to Canada during the holidays for a few days and then my spouse and I are going to fly to the US for a 2.5 week vacation together. I'm wondering if this is okay and if we should expect any issues from customs. She lives and works in Canada and also has a return ticket home. The last thing we want to do is jeopardize our case in any way, so we would really appreciate any feedback.
Thanks!

A quick update. My case has been completed at the consulate and they have sent me my passport back which is due to arrive on Monday.
Congratulations! I saw in one of your other posts that you upgraded your status from F2A to IR1. Does that mean your interview was scheduled for IR1, rather than F2A?

I think it was Nebraska, but I don't recall as it was eventually approved.

I'm in the process of submitting a family-based visa application. When I added a joint sponsor to the CEAC portal, under the required documents for him it says:
- Federal Income Tax Return or Transcript
- Proof of U.S. Domicile
- Form I-864 Affidavit of Support
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or LPR Status
My joint sponsor is a US citizen and resides in the US. Does he still need to submit any proof of domicile? If so, what would be a good, easy example? A driver's license? He's also submitting his last three years of tax transcripts and W2s, as well as a certificate of naturalization to prove his citizenship.
If I don't need to submit any specific proof of domicile, should I just leave it as missing with no document available, or should I select Not Available and provide an explanation?
Thanks for any help!

I submitted an I-130 application last week and when I check my case status online, it says: "On [...], we received your Form I-130, [...], and mailed you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. It is being processed at our Nebraska Service Center location. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice."However, when I received the receipt notice in the mail, the address at the bottom says California Service Center.Does anyone have any insight as to which office my case is actually being processed in?Thanks!
