We had very hard time today ,after waiting for NOA2 for 101 days, today we got a mail from Homeland Security Department. We was told that we missed filing something in I129F,this was ridiculous.I checked it ,and my fiance checked, and so did his mom .Three of us checked before sent the packege and nothing seemed missing. And what was smelling even fishy is one of my friends ,the same thing happened to them last week, they also filed in vermont .when she told me that,i felt very soory to them and hopefully nothing like that would happen to us,unfortunately,it happened.#######!they did this to us.We didn't hire a lawer to deal with our k1 visa, but my friend did.And the lawer told them lately a lot of customers complain the same stuff happend to them.We are not suckers ,why the hell they gave us such a lame excuse to delay our case!!!!

I changed everyone's name to lowercase, so I could remove some duplicate records from my list.

Also, I wanted to get back into the limelight, so I increased the number of NOA2s that are shown. I am now #18 on the NOA2 list.

Thank you so much for the list,i am #9 on the list.you are so lucky only wait for 2 months to get approved ,i have been waiting over 95 days since i got NOA1.I am wondering for thouse who wait so long for the NOA2,is that b/c we stuck in the FBI name check ? I am so confused...

  7. hey guys ,i am new here.We got our NOA1 in MAY 1,2007,it's been over 3 months,we haven't got our NOA2 yet,any of you guys got NOA2 yet? Any ideas what we should do? Wish you guys good luck with the approval.

Hi lyly, welcome to VJ! :jest:

Sit tight and don't worry too much, this is quite normal. I'm an April filer, and we only got our NOA2 after 112 days from the date of our NOA1! Half of the April filers also haven't gotten approved yet, so you're not the only one! In the meantime, have you registered for an account on Case Service Status Online? That way you can check whether any processing action has been taken on your case. :)

Thank you so much for replying me, :) makes me feel better.I registered in USCIS website since June, got touch by 7,24 and 7,25,i hope we can approve soon~
