Quick question, if the intended US address has changed from the original i-130, which was submitted 18 months ago. Can I just update them of the new address and state at the Interview? I advised thr doctor who is doing my medical of the new address as well. I assume its ok to change your mind? Lol

Hi, Quick question, I have my interview on Jan 27 and I am going through the checklist of documents that I need to take with me. One of them says 'Original' birth certificate. I do not have the original one but i do have a certified copy from the registrar office. Will they accept this? or do they definitely need the original?

Hi, I am new to this site. I just received my IL, (DQ'd May 13th), Interview Jan 27. I am wondering what option i need to choose when registering the interview appointment online? I see 2 options it could be:
1) I have received a Consular interview appointment date from the National Visa Center (NVC) or the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) and I have been instructed to register my appointment on this site.
2) I have received a letter/email from the consular section with instructions to schedule an immigrant visa appointment.
Which one do i choose?

We are preparing for our interview on Jan 27 and I wanted some guidance on screenshot from the checklist they provide. We have a joint sponsor and we originally submitted to NVC his I-864 that was accepted. This is the first time we have seen that it says we also need to bring an I-864A for the joint sponsor's spouse as they file taxes jointly. Do we need to bring that additional form as we have never been asked to provide that before?
