We received our NOA2 Oct 15. Contacted the NVC via https://nvc.state.gov/inquiry regarding our case number and finally got a reply on November 18th with the case number. December 8 we received an email from the NVC they forwarded our packet to the embassy which they then received on the 13th. Was able to track the shipment using @Greenbaum 's technique from his pdf: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nfin98c33IEpB0T0FlURERriblYmlm5O/view

NOA2: Oct 15
NVC email our petition was sent to Abu Dhabi embassy: 12/08
Checked https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/ today and it's ready! No P3 email yet however.
I was able to go to https://ais.usvisa-info.com/eand begin scheduling the interview.
Immigrant > K1 (received letter from embassy)> entered ds-160 confirmation number and NVC case number > proceeded to courier selection followed by payment. I stopped here because these questions came to mind.
When obtaining police clearance from Abu Dhabi police will she need the letter to obtain? Will she also need the letter to get her medical records? Checking here https://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=United Arab Emirates&cty=Abu Dhabi the p3 letter is required for the medical. Went here: https://ae.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/ and emailed AbuDhabiIV@state.gov regarding the P3.

She went to her interview today and was told by the consular she is approved. She didn't receive any slip with the determination. Checking https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/ it went from ready to Administrative Processing. I believe this is natural progression but she's worried that we're gonna get stuck after looking up what it meant online. He didn't ask for any of the additional evidence she brought with her and even returned the photos I sent them back when they issued an RFE. What do you all think?
