Money order cashed today 12/15/2020

I didn’t put n/a at all on the form and they accepted

Hi , when you call to uscis did they give you any receipt number? I called today and they gave m a receipt number and I didn’t put n/a at all in the form

After an hour wait finally got some good news!! they said my file was received on 11/2 and put into the system today and i got a receipt number  and they should me mailing out my notice today or Monday! And today there was no automated voice system, let me directly talk to someone about my case update

she told me to wait for a response for the service request which can take up to 30days 😒🙄 Idk what I’m suppose to do if I don’t hear anything in the next three weeks

Call uscis , to talk with a representative just say info pass

what version of i751 did you send ? I read that somebody sent an old version of the i 751 document and got rejected

So the old form that got rejected had 12/05/17 version on the bottom left of the pages. The latest one has 12/02/19 on the bottom left. They both expire on 12/31/2019, have OMB 1615-0038, and ask the same type of questions. The only difference is that the latest version has a barcode on the bottom of the pages. As long as you got the form from the USCIS site, your fine. I somehow got it mixed up with an older copy I guess. Didn't realize that forms are also versioned on the bottom left.

oh I see , sorry that this happened to you, when did you receive the rejection letter?

I swear I downloaded the latest and thought we were working on that, but apparently not. Quickly refiled with the latest form using same evidence that was sent back. Not only did we file late, but we also got a rejection for my carelessness. I guess I am part of the December filers now. 

which form was it that you filed?

i filed version      i751 OMB 1615-0038 and its says expired 12/31/2019 

Hi I sent my packaged on November 7th received on 11/10/20 I don’t know if I made a huge mistake , when I got married my wife changed her last name to mine, but we didn’t change the Ssn nothing, now I’m freaking out because I don’t know if they gonna reject my form because since we didn’t change her documents under her new last name I filled my packed with her original names and last names 

any advice ?

Try to contact Uscis , called them just say info pass when the machine is telling you want you want
