Yesterday we received an email ""we have taken an action on your case and it needs your attention"" Logged in to the account and we have an appointment schedule for 04/18/2026 REQUEST FOR PETITIONER TO APPEAR FOR INITIAL INTERVIEW FORM I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE Does everyone need to get interviewed? or some are lucky and just get the permanent GC without it?

How is everyone doing? I hope ok since the world has gone from covid to everyone arguing 😅 Has anyone here received the permanent residence GC? or even applied for citizenship? Her GC expired on 06/2024 - we have the 2yr extension letter, have travel overseas 3 times already with no issues at all to enter I havent started her citizenship since is better to send the copy of the green card no? instead of sending expired GC/extension letter and that case still pending.. What are you guys planning?

I really think they check more for financial proof - remember, the main issue to them is the marriage is legit and not a business transaction Lease, purchases, auto registration in both names, and make sure they have credit cards on both of their names the more money you have invested in both names, the better shows they are planning to stay together

Got the email "We have taken action on your case" logged in and was able to downloand "Receipt Notice" - 48months extension - and "Biometric Reuse" Received Date 03/26/2024 Notice Date 04/10/2024 also there were some scanned documents that we sent but not all (part4) but the same happened on the other processes April 10, 2024 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS As of April 10, 2024, we are actively reviewing your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number IOE0..... Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. next step is Citizenship, next year more paperwork lol...

Only the info shows up, no documents - but if you follow the Feb filers - you can see usually within 2 weeks they get by regular mail the letters

The notice we get in the mail is the extension letter so she can travel intl right?

Package sent 03/22/2024 -- USPS Delivery Confirmed 03/26/2024 from FL to Carol, IL Married 03/18/2022 -- Greencard issued 06/23/2022 -- expires 06/23/22024 -- they received it 1 day after the 'Filing date calculator' -- earliest date 03/25/2024 😄 we calculated it too soon lol, hopefully we dont get stressed like @EarlyAnxious I take it most of us in this thread are in the same timeframe - when is it that she can apply for Citizenship?
