    Oh wow! When I applied I think it was 8, but because I got RFE it was 10 for me but it was back in 2022. I would try to expedite with USCIS because with them there is a chance or congressional inquiry. I wonder if they get tons of I-612. I am sorry feel your pain…

    Yeah but it benefits only those who have no sponsorship… look I and other bunch of folks still waiting for update. They are processing July 2023 cases, I am still waiting -January 2023 mine. Some folks from 2022 are still waiting too, unbelievable.

    For real! I submitted congressional inquiry will see fingers crossed, because my time is ticking… They still have couple of 2022 cases left… sigh!

    Yep I will start with congressman, i am a bit scared to do Mandamus to be honest plus it's gov funding. So you are Fulbright? If you don't mind me asking was your hardship towards spouse and kids or just US spouse?

    Also a question, do you know a person there you can reach out to? I honestly don't even know anyone like I said my program (I was eleven years ago on this program!) it was under a different agency, then another agency took over and now another one… I found their email but I have no idea who the people there are.

    US Gov I believe, but it was not even a four-year college so it's not a lot. I don't even know whom to reach like I said my program was suspended for a while and then it changed couple of times it's co sponsors… so I am not sure. When did DOS receive your case?

    Has anyone tried btw to send another evidence to them? I might have another piece of info which is new and can even add more hardship, I just don't want to do another DS form…

    I don’t think it works like that… I thought about it, but I don’t think it’s the right thing to do… Any processed cases since yesterday? I haven’t checked.
