  1. When I filled it out, I just checked "Born in the US" and left the rest blank. I thought the #, date, and place of issue were for Naturalized citizens. We didn't have any problems.

    Oh my god...that was really fast! Thanks so much! im really nervous about this and i will be sending my packet on monday :o and you guys will be hearing a lot more from me in the coming weeks! Thanks again!

  2. Hello everyone. been a member for a few months now and I'm ready to file for a K1 visa for my fiance who lives in the Philippines. I am in the process of filling out the I-129F and I will be submitting a copy of my passport in lieu of my birth certificate (as stated in requirements list, it can be birth certificate OR U.S. passport) On question #10 on I-129F, i checked Birth in U.S. and what should i put on the box below it saying Give number of certificate, date and place it was issued? help is highly appreciated.
