Has anyone just gone and submitted even after getting the message below? I am reading that if there's a green checkmark it will be there later but I am a bit nervous that it might not work.
Encountered an unexpected error retrieving draft evidence. -

I would try a few things:
1) Try to login to your USCIS account using a different browser and see if it allows you to upload it there. This is just in case there is an issue with the browser (although I highly doubt it)
2) Regarding the source where the documents were created/downloaded...did you scan them into your computer or did you download and then save on the computer? I have noticed when you scan something into a computer, the file sizes are MUCH larger. I usually try to print the document and instead of sending it to printer, I then select "save as a PDF file" and it then gets saved to my hard drive (I use Mac).
Hope this helps.
Just tried that and it didn't work 😕
Does anyone know if there's a tech support line? I don't know what this could be. This is how it shows up when I try to review the application (after it says:

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC has a 7 day free trial. It is very easy to use. You can combine all the PDF files into one. I have it on my computer. One can use it for up to 7 days and then cancel or keep it for $28/month afterwards (which is what I did).
I just did that and I keep getting a message saying that an error occurred (none of the files are larger than 4 MG). I feel like I might cry. I dont understand what's going on!

The workaround I used was - snipped each page into jpeg format and then converted each of them into PDFs and finally combined them in one PDF. I know it's a lot of work but it will be worth! Unless you can find a conversion tool which convert online PDFs into non-online format PDF.
So I did try this and it's not working. Any other tips? Is there anyone I can call for help?

Is it a pdf document that you are trying to upload?
Mostly PDFs! They are also not huge (around 3 MG each, way less than the 6 mg limit)

hi everyone, my case says online
"Estimated time* until case decision: approx. 6 days"
but i didn't receive any interview date or anything after biometrics.
have i missed a letter? what does this "6day mean"? i just don't want to miss an interview or anything like that without knowing.
thanks if anyone can help.
Where does it say "Estimated time"? Mine doesn't show anything like that. What app do you use? Just UCSIS?

I am applying for my N-400 (I thought waiting might help my I-751 but clearly I was mistaken) and every time I upload evidence I get an error message. I checked all of my document sizes - none of them are too big. This has now happened several times this week and last week. Any advice? Starting to worry that I'll have to redo the entire application.

Just received my 24 month extension. Do you think that this means my case will take longer? Also, has anyone switched jobs while waiting for their documents?

How many YSC people have been hearing back? I am still stuck on "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken"

How do people know what percentage of people are getting their documents when? When I check the USCIS website for Potomac it just says 18 to 21.5 months

Has anyone heard back updates from Potomac? I received "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken..... have been applied to your case" but nothing else yet. Has anyone else heard something more? Interviews or even further?

Yesterday, I got approved for a 10-year green card! Didn't apply for N-400, interview was waived. My application was in Potomac. Don't lose hope!
