If the ban tenure ends by 31st December according to the proclamation, it will have nothing to with Biden undoing what Trump did. Trump himself put an expiry to this one which expires in 3days time by Gods grace.

We certainly hope so too. I didn't contact them yet cos I kinda understand the reason I'm refused at this time. Looking forward to positive news next week.

F3. Refused since November after I was asked to redo medicals and submit another police report.

Oh ok. In that case give them time to review the submitted docs. Just know that refused status does not mean denial. Mine says refused too, tho I'm under the banned category.

Have you? If you have then expect them to get back to you soon. If after a week of submission and no word, I don't think it would hurt to write them.

The email to update medicals and police report came with the instruction to return updated Docs with passports. So I submitted all at once. The mail to come for passport pickup left me in shock when there was no visa stamped and then the letter that's gives reasons for my refusal. Says I can request for issuance if Ban isn't extended beyond Dec. 31st 2020. I'm F3 category.

Yes I was. I submitted all and weeks later passports returned without visa and a letter that says I'm refused visa till the end of Ban Dec 31st.
