Here we go again. I have been married to US citizen since 2005 when I came to USA on K1 visa after my I-129 was approved. Had conditional green card. Moved overseas with US spouse and lived together for all these years, our daughter, US citizen is 10 years old now. We would like to move back to US so now we have to start the whole process again. No difference between our case and someone who married recently. I-130 would be the first step.
I have a choice to travel to US on ESTA but I chose to file for immigration visa overseas.
