Got my bio appointment letter yesterday but my appointment was for January 4th, so so frustrating!! 
I called USCIS and a tier 2 agent is supposed to contact me back within 48 hours, keeping my fingers crossed. 

So happy to see things moving in the group! 
Still waiting for biometrics appointment, hopefully it’ll happen soon. The estimation for my ead is February 2022 but I don’t (want to) believe that. I can’t not work for another year when it’s already been 3 months and it’s driving me crazy! Waiting a few months is ok but renouncing livelihood, benefits, retirement and opportunities for that long is ridiculous. 
Just venting here, happy new year everyone, hope 2021 will bring good surprises!

I also emailed the lockbox on 10/26 and didn’t get an answer but the waiting time is 30 days...

What I did was connect on ask Emma and put live agent. Then click on case status and I don’t have a receipt number. It will offer connect to a live agent.
 

That’s how I got my receipt numbers (my husband had to do it again to get his receipt for the I130).

My package was received 10/02 and the receipt numbers created 11/03. The credit card charge appeared 11/05. 
 

I haven’t received the hard copies yet but hopefully they’ll be in the mail sometime this week!

The odd thing is according to the case status tool, the forms I765 and I130 were received and the receipt was created on October 5th (which seems odd as they received them on the 2nd) but the I485 on November 3rd.

Never received anything in the mail, do they send the notices all at once ?

My husband is telling me it will be fine but...looking at past cases and current cases gotten text receipt less than a month makes me worry.

To give you a bit of hope and announce my great news, I’ve been asking on the chat with live agents (through Emma) every couple days and I finally got receipt numbers today!!! 
My package was received on Oct 2nd and apparently, they sent the receipts on Nov 3rd. The charge appears on the credit card as of the 5th of November.

So give it a couple of days or ask them in the chat! 
By the way, I never got a text or email. 

I am beyond relieved, I thought they had lost my application...

I’ll give them until the last day of my visa and send another package if I get nothing in the meantime. And if it confuses them, I’ll deal with it, at least I’ll be in the system!

You are right but seeing they are processing cases received after mine, I’m getting very worried and impatient. I’ll follow your advice and wait a little longer.

Just a question, can you file the I130 online and sent the I485 and friends via mail?

still no news for me so I used Emma to talk to an agent as somebody suggested somewhere in the forum and the lady I spoke to was very nice but she couldn’t find my name or petition in the system.
 

She did tell me it takes 15 days to receive a receipt notice so she put in a request for me but I have to wait 30 days for them to get back to me. I’m still a bit hopeful to get something in the next few days as I saw several people had to wait for 3 weeks or a month to get their receipt so I know all cases are different. 
 

We might file again next week if I hear nothing from them by then as my legal stay here expires November 14th and just saw my home country is starting a new lockdown on Friday:(

Nothing so far, I’m checking my phone and emails, spams every 5 minutes in case I missed it 😅

I saw it took some people longer than 30 days these last 3 months so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. My package was supposedly received the 2nd of October.

Oh no, I’m so sorry, waiting so long to get that information is so frustrating! 

You can refile ASAP and hopefully then, you’ll get the NOA1 quickly. 
Still nothing for me, I’ll update when I hear back from them...I expect a rejection or RFE as well, though I try to remain positive!
