    Congratulations to those who received their green card. I received the combo card a couple of weeks ago. This morning m, I got a notification through my email “we have taken action on your case” so I checked, and I found that for I130, there is an option added for “processing times” and it says 2 months. So here’s hoping it is true.

    Congrats!! I received the combo card last week. NBC processes those, so they’re fast. Now waiting for FO to do their job.

    I am sorry that you’re going through this awful situation. Definitely don’t pay again. Call USCIS and ask to be referred to a tier 2 agent if the one you’re calling is unhelpful. Make some sort of plan with USCIS that you can send them an unsealed medical. I am sure the doctor has your form on file.

    Congratulations!! Every time I call USCIS to make an inquiry about the EAD, they say if you don’t get it by x month, call again. Now they said you should have it by August. Yeah, right!

    No updates for me either. One time, I called several times, an information specialist told me to contact again if I didn’t receive my EAD and AP by march. I guess I will call again soon.

    I was checking my online account and noticed that the EAD and Advance Parol cases were not there anymore. Has this happened to anyone? I called uscis but they will get back to me in a week or so. Thank you!

    Yes. I will keep calling every now and then. Not to jinx things, but the information specialists that I have spoken with so far are really collaborative. I asked if my case will be transferred to a field office now that the interview has been waived, she said not necessarily. It might stay at NBC. Thank you for all the updates

    Hi! Do all cases go to field offices? My interview was waived at NBC, and so I an wondering if the final decision is made by a field office.

    It still shows that the case is actively under review. The receipt we got also shows that the case is at NBC. Call USCIS and say that you lost the receipt number or that you never received a receipt number. These two options always will get you to a live person.

    No they didn’t. I asked about the EAD, and they they said I should get it before March, which is not very helpful.

    As Reikan suggested, calling helps. I called USCIS this morning to ask for an update. I was told that my interview was waived in July. Of course that wasn’t reflected on the online account.

    Congratulations to all of those whose EAD card is being issued. I haven’t heard anything back. My biometrics were automatically reused, so I didn’t have an appointment. Still, sadly, this didn’t shorten the process. Who else is still waiting on their EADs? Leave a comment :)

    Hi all! Also May applicant here. My biometrics were reused so I didn’t have to do that. Now I am impatiently waiting for the EAD. Do you guys have any idea how long it may take to get the EAD? Good luck to all of us

    Hi, Since the 2019 timeline post thread is getting no response at all, here is a new thread. I am hoping that the silence there is indicative of applications being processed and that there are no delays. Unfortunately this has not been my experience with DoS so far. They received my I612 & I613 in November 2020, and it has been over 13 months waiting for the application to be processed. They have ignored multiple emails and multiple congressional inquiries. I am curious to hear from those who are in the same boat. Please share your experience. Thank you!
