Hey everyone,

I finally got hold of NVC today and I gave her my USCIS case number and notice date, I read it out to her and she just sounded super confused and kept saying "notice date?" and I said "yes that's the notice date" then she said she couldn't see anything so I should send it to nvcresearch@state.gov and they'll get in touch with USCIS

Is it worth doing that, or has it just simply not arrived at NVC yet?
