Yes 1 is ok, no need to travel! Thanks! Happily married 3 years and I think Green card is 3 years too but I will double check Thanks a lot!! I though was 5 years! -
Hi, I have applied to remove conditions and got the 48 months green card extension. I think 2 years have passed. Pending app. #1 My home's country passport has expired, does this affect in anyway my application when I get called for interview? Should I renew in prior? (Not easy). #2 I'm married 3 years from k1 visa. For naturalization should wait 3 or 5 years? I can't clearly understand. Greencard Received: 2023-01-23 #2b if is 3 years is better to apply or just wait the lift of conditions?

affidavit of support wrong wording

Hi guys, I did not explain properly to the person wrote an affidavit of support for my removal of conditions and he wrote "opportunity to become a citizen of USA" at the end. i really really dont want to bother people at all so to avoid asking to do it again 1) can I just give it as is? or will create more issues than good? 2) should add a separate note explaining the mistake proactively 3) do not include the letter at all without a fix first. TIA
