    Card produced notice today.

    Case approved today. Received email that action is taken. Checked online portal. No update. Checked a few hours later “cad approved”. Says to wait for card to be sent “up to 90 days”

    I have mailed the information out the same day I received the notice (online). Today, 3 days later, online account is marked as received. Still have not received a paper notice, but I did download a copy of the RFE online.

    Same boat as you... Submitted marriage cert with packet and just resent it with the RFE. Have seen so many instances of this that I didn't even question it and just sent it out.

    Sounds about right. I had inquired a few weeks back and they said my "interview is waived" and case is at the national center. Taking interview waived lightly. Got an RFE two days back for marriage cert and evidence of marriage and that form asks to either upload or mail in to my local field office. I ended up mailing it yesterday. So it does in fact seem from the interactions happening that someone has looked at the case at the local office and asked for some info.

    Correction, the notice has asked for a marriage certificate and marriage bonafides. Which is like evidence of relationship. Will be sending in another certificate and a bunch of stuff for bonafides.

    Got an RFE this morning for marriage certificate. Had filed this with the application originally, but going to resend it later today. It says I can either mail it in for scan and upload the information online, if applicable. When I log into my USCIS account it has a section to upload docs. Will do some research on this forum to see what is best action.

    Looks like some filers from the group thread of September are getting approved without interview! Lets see, but not going to get too excited...

    Received work authorization card and SSN shortly after this post. Contacted a live agent earlier this week via chat and asked "if my case has been reccomended for interview?" Agent notified me that my interview has been marked as waived. Online portal still says "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS" Not sure what to make of this, but hopefully a speedier GC approval! Anyone have experience with this?

    I-765 was approved today, saw in online portal. I-485, still being reviewed. AOS submitted end Nov and biometrics done end of Dec.
