Congratulation! One question, do you see anyone who cant not turn in his/her GC since the card was lost and the replacement is not ready yet? Or these people have to wait until their get the new GC then be naturalized
I hear a rumor that you can go to the interview without having the green card, but have to submit the card later otherwise USCIS would not give u the naturalization certificate.
Hi guys,
Really need some advises/ help, this morning I am checking my staff for the interview. However I can't find IRS TAX transcripts and GREEN CARD. I know I could go online IRS and download the transcript not a big deal. BTW the green card is good until 2028. Can I still go to the interview and get naturalized on the same day?
For 5 years, does it mean being us citizen for 5 years AND live in US? For example, I live in us since 2000 as H1B and GC holder, and became citizen in 2020, kid born oversea in 2020. Could the kid get us citizenship still?
I got the same update yesterday, and I request a call from Tier II officer this morning, just got the call. The officer told me she can not see any RFE from her side. I guess it's a computer glitch. Most N400 only get RFE in or after interview
