Yes, we have the case # but it still isn’t all of what is being asked. How do we know the account info for the embassy? -
My fiancé is struggling with how and where to pay the fee in Kampala, we’re supposed to use Postbank or mpesa but they keep asking for account information in order to pay the fee to the embassy in Kenya. He can’t look for an interview date until he pays the fee. Help please!!!

Our visa was sent from nvc to embassy in Nairobi last week. My fiancé is trying to fill out the ds160 but it keeps telling him to enter an invoice number that we don’t have. Where do we find the invoice number or how does he fill out the ds160 without it? Photo added to show what’s requested.

We were notified last week that our visa was at embassy. But fiancé can’t fill out his ds160 with only our case number. It’s also asking for an invoice number which neither one of us has, does anyone know how to get the invoice number so he can proceed with the form and be contacted by the embassy?

Hey y’all, I’m just trying to find some more info on what vaccines my fiancé needs to have current or needs done for his interview in Nairobi. I found some helpful things but was hoping for more country of Uganda specific vaccines. And also, are there specific covid vaccines that are not acceptable?
